What to expect
Join Helen for a full morning of mindful practises, learning to manage your thoughts rather than your thoughts controlling you. Mindfulness is the art of being present and it takes practise. When we aren't present (which for most of us is most of the time) we get lost in thoughts of the past or anxiety about our future. We want certainty in an uncertain world and it can cause a real sense of stress for our nervous systems. This can affect our sleep, our relationships and if left for too long can have a real impact on our physical and mental health. Mindfulness then, is not just the latest buzz word, but a real practice. Helen, with 40+ years experience teaching and training people in mindfulness, is your perfect guide! You'll come away from this Saturday morning feeling lighter, rested and with tons of tools you can use every day to live a more connected and enjoyable life!
