What to expect

Mindfulness is a scientifically proven and NHS recommended operating manual for the most important but least understood area of our lives - the mind and how we think and feel. The transformative power of mindfulness, when applied to one's busy life, helps to de-stress. It does so by developing clarity of mind, leading to improved focus, energy, efficiency and creativity. Mindfulness enables accessing one's own space of calm and working kindly with one's difficult experiences. Confidence, resilience and a greater sense of optimism is fostered. Contrary to many people's beliefs it can be done anywhere, anytime. Helen Stephenson is a teacher of Mindfulness with over 40 years experience. If you'd like to join one month and are not able to make a donation, this is OK too - please contact info@nookbynature.co.uk to confirm your space.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or book on to a future course instead, we would ask for 48hrs notice to ensure we have time to rebook your place. This is because spaces are limited.
