What to expect

Amazing Grace Sessions Cowper & Newton Museum Gardens Yoga and meditation are like two sides of the same coin—complementary practices that support and enhance each other. Meditation helps to quiet the busy mind and soothe the heart, while yoga encourages healthy posture and a smooth flow of energy throughout the body. When the body feels good, the mind often follows—and vice versa. While yoga is often associated with complex poses, this class is designed for all ages, shapes, and abilities. It’s about reconnecting with a sense of ease in both body and mind. Each session can be booked individually, as they work well on their own. Or, book both together at a reduced rate and experience the full benefit of combining yoga and meditation in one balanced practice. Yoga mats will be provided. *Helen Stephenson has been a yoga teacher, mindfulness expert and meditator for over 40 years. You are in good hands!


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or book on to a future course instead, we would ask for 48hrs notice to ensure we have time to rebook your place. This is because spaces are limited.
