What to expect

This is a beautiful session of yoga and breathwork in Nature suitable for all levels and all ages. Get the benefits of outdoor fitness, based on Yoga and Pilates, followed by breathwork exercises to enhance wellbeing, to restore and to nourish. Experienced mindfulness, yoga and Pilates teacher Helen will take you for a short walk to the field to practice outside in the beautiful Olney countryside, beside the river, weather permitting, otherwise we will meet at Rainbow Bridge rooms. Returning to Rainbow Bridge rooms to experience the super calming effects of breathwork, proven to enhance concentration, relaxation and your overall wellbeing. These are gentle safe practices, based on the yogic breath practices and the breath teachings of Alice Schaarschuh and Ilse Middendorf. Both of these teachers developed a breath focused method to deal successfully with their own health issues. We end with some reflections of what was learnt and how to take it forward into our daily life. Suitable for all levels
