🌸 Learn Meditation through the Chakras 🌸 11 till 1pm An opportunity to learn about the Chakras, the energy centres that are located in our body, how they affect different parts of our lives and how they can become blocked and can leave us feeling tired, frustrated and like we can't move forward. Fernanda will teach you how to work with each Chakra and offer tools on how to remove these energetic blockages. 1 till 2pm A guided chakra meditation with Fernanda helping you to clear energy blockages, release tension and feel more at ease. There'll be time to share your experience if you choose afterwards with a warm drink. ✨ What are the chakras? Chakras are energy centres within the body, each connected not only to emotional and spiritual aspects of our being but also to our physical health. Each chakra is linked to a specific gland in the endocrine system, directly influencing hormone production, which regulates vital functions such as mood, metabolism, sleep, growth, and reproduction. For example, the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) is connected to the thyroid gland, which produces hormones essential for regulating metabolism and energy levels. When this chakra is balanced, we feel more confident in expressing our truth and sustaining physical vitality. When imbalanced, we may experience fatigue, difficulty in communication, or hormonal fluctuations. ✨ Why are they important?
