What to expect
A 6-week step-by-step course Do you struggle to relax? Would you like to have more capacity for life’s demands? Would you like to live a more joy-filled life? Do you believe you can’t meditate? That it’s too hard? Meditation is for everybody, and so far I haven’t found a problem it doesn’t help! A quiet mind is our end goal, not our starting position, modern-day life isn’t always conducive to slowing down, yet when we find the time for ourselves and for inner peace our outer world transforms. I look forward to showing you the wonderful benefits of meditation. I believe we all deserve to be happy, to enjoy life, and to have the skills and tools we need to help us achieve our best life. Laura has been meditating for the past decade and practises daily.
