What to expect

Session 1 on Saturday, 25th October 10am to 12pm ✨ What does it really mean to live in the “here and now”? ✨ Mindfulness is often described as being present in the moment—but being human also means reflecting on the past and planning for the future. Join us for a session that goes beyond the buzzwords and uncovers a deeper understanding of presence. Together, we’ll explore the 3 C’s of mindfulness—Curiosity, Compassion, and a Calm Centre—and discover how they can bring more balance, clarity, and ease into everyday life. Session 2 on Saturday, 15th November 10am to 12pm 💭 “Oh no, not this thought again!” 💭 Our minds are amazing—thoughts let us dream, remember, and reflect on what matters. But sometimes, they can spiral, cloud our judgment, and drain our wellbeing. In this session, we’ll take a fresh look at our relationship with thoughts. You’ll learn how to stop struggling with them, how to bring clarity and discernment, and how to step back from the endless “radio chatter” in your mind. Most importantly, we’ll explore what can guide our actions when we no longer feel trapped by our thoughts. ✨ A gentle introduction to working skillfully with the mind—bringing more freedom, balance, and ease into daily life. Session 3 on Saturday, 6th December 10am to 12pm 🌿 How to Truly Take Care of Ourselves 🌿 Mindfulness isn’t just something we practice while sitting on a chair with our eyes closed—it’s a way of living. From the moment we wake up to the time we go to bed, mindfulness can support us through the ups and downs of daily life. In this session, we’ll explore how mindfulness helps us care for ourselves more deeply—embracing both the joys and the challenges—and how it can guide us to make the most of our precious time on earth. ✨ A gentle invitation to nurture yourself with presence, compassion, and balance.
