Session 3 on Saturday, 6th December 10am to 12pm 🌿 How to Truly Take Care of Ourselves 🌿 Mindfulness isn’t just something we practice while sitting on a chair with our eyes closed—it’s a way of living. From the moment we wake up to the time we go to bed, mindfulness can support us through the ups and downs of daily life. In this session, we’ll explore how mindfulness helps us care for ourselves more deeply—embracing both the joys and the challenges—and how it can guide us to make the most of our precious time on earth. ✨ A gentle invitation to nurture yourself with presence, compassion, and balance.
