
Relaxation Tools for Families

What to expect
Join us for a fun and calming two-hour session for families. Come and learn a simple but effective calming technique known as EFT - tapping. This is useful to help remind our brains that we can switch off and relax, and that no matter what's happening, we can take a moment to breathe and be in our body to feel calmer and more in control of our emotions. We shall be tapping alongside imagery of colours and nature to tune into relaxing, calm feelings to help our brain take a moment to regroup and feel refreshed. The session will also include gentle movement, simple breathwork, and guidance on how to give yourself hand reflexology to help encourage relaxation and support restful sleep. Each participant will receive a crystal, bubbles, and a hand reflexology chart to take home and continue practising. No experience needed – just come ready to move, breathe, and relax. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or book on to a future course instead, we would ask for 48hrs notice to ensure we have time to rebook your place. This is because spaces are limited.
