What to expect

Join us for a deeply restorative sound journey designed to calm the mind, release tension and restore inner balance. This session will include the use of a crystal singing bowl aligned with the seventh chakra (crown chakra), supporting relaxation, clarity and a sense of connection. The experience is also enriched by the grounding rhythm of a shamanic drum, handcrafted by myself during a meaningful experience with Indigenous tribes in Brazil, bringing a deeply personal and authentic element to the session. A beautiful opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect through sound and vibration.
