EFT (Tapping) in Nature
Emily practises EFT, also known as tapping which is a form of acupressure that uses fingertip tapping in a particular sequence. A single session of tapping can turn off the stress response and significantly reduce the level of cortisol, a stress hormone that wreaks havoc on health and mental well-being.
EFT can help to dissolve energy blockages from negative experiences or trauma, helping to reduce stress and increase feelings of inner peace. It can support emotional regulation - knowing how to manage your feelings better - and can support a more positive mindset.
Harvard Medical School psychiatrist Rick Leskowitz, MD, director of the Integrative Medicine Project, claims tapping to be “the most impressive intervention I’ve encountered in 25 years of work.”
