Fernanda Vieira

I'm a certified yoga teacher, in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga since 2014. I have experience teaching both adults and children, and have led classes, retreats, and immersive workshops over the years. I also ran my own yoga studio in Brazil, where I shared the practice with many wonderful students on their journeys of self-discovery and well-being.

Now based in Olney, I offer yoga classes, Ayurvedic yoga massage, aura readings, and Akashic Records sessions to help you release tension, restore energy, and gain insight into your life’s path. I'm delighted to offer these transformative practices to the local community.

I am also a daughter, sister, mother, and wife – identities that inspire me to hold space with compassion, presence, and care.

In all my sessions, I cherish the creation of a sacred and safe space where everyone can truly express themselves. My intention is to awaken the sacred within each of us, so we may see and be seen, connect deeply, and allow healing and blossoming to unfold.
